1. 01 — Intake note

   You tell us your beat (operations, logistics, enablement) and the tools you already have. We respond with a candid fit note instead of a generic brochure.

2. 02 — Model week

   First deliverables stay small on purpose: grain sketches, import maps, and refresh notes before any decorative visuals appear.

3. 03 — Critique pass

   Peers and coaches mark rubrics in writing. You keep the markup as a living appendix inside your workspace file.

4. 04 — Publish + retro

   You ship to a sandbox audience, capture reactions, and run a short retro so habits stick past the final session.
