User Agreement
Last updated 2026-03-14
1. Acceptance
By browsing humably.digital, requesting information, or enrolling in programs described here, you agree to these terms governing use of our materials and communications.
If you disagree, stop using the site and contact us so we can close outstanding requests. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms posted with a new date at the top of this page.
Where your employer has a separate agreement with Humably Insight Forge, that agreement controls for paid services and this document supplements it for public-site behavior.
2. Termination
We may suspend access for conduct that disrupts cohorts, attempts to scrape private materials, or misrepresents affiliation with the studio.
You may terminate informal use of the site at any time by ceasing visits. For paid programs, termination follows the schedule and refund rules in your order summary and the Refund Policy.
Sections on liability and intellectual property survive termination where applicable under Republic of Korea law.
3. Service description
Humably Insight Forge publishes editorial content, course descriptions, and contact paths related to Power BI analyst training. We describe formats, pacing, and typical outcomes in plain language rather than implying guaranteed workplace results.
Workshops may be updated when Microsoft product interfaces change; we note material revisions in cohort welcome packets.
Community features, if enabled later, would be governed by supplemental rules linked from those pages.
4. User obligations
You agree to provide accurate contact details, respect other participants, and keep login credentials private when portals are issued.
You will not upload unlawful content through forms, attempt to probe our systems beyond normal browsing, or reuse cohort materials outside the license granted in your enrollment agreement.
If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these obligations for interactions you initiate here.
5. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Korean law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or business interruption arising from use of the site or reliance on educational content.
Our aggregate liability for claims relating to unpaid use of the public site is limited to the greater of zero or amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim for the specific paid service at issue.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the minimum permitted.
