1. Timeframe
For eligible digital education purchases, you may request a full refund within fourteen days of payment if you have not accessed more than twenty percent of downloadable materials or attended live sessions beyond the welcome briefing.
After that window, partial credits may be offered when documented medical or relocation events prevent participation; decisions are made case by case.
Refund processing typically completes within ten business days of approval, depending on your payment method’s network timing.
2. Eligibility
Custom enterprise agreements may define different windows; where a signed statement of work exists, it overrides this page for that engagement.
Promotional seats sold at a discount may carry stricter rules printed on the checkout summary.
If you received physical materials, return instructions will be provided before a refund is finalized.
3. Process
Email [email protected] with your order reference, reason, and preferred remedy. We may schedule a short call to confirm identity for high-value requests.
Approved refunds return to the original payment path where technically possible; otherwise we coordinate an alternate traceable method.
Declined requests receive a written explanation you can escalate per the User Agreement dispute section.

Phone support is available during published office hours for active cohort members.
Keep copies of your correspondence until the matter is closed.
5. Exceptions
No refunds are offered for completed programs, downloaded capstone rubrics after the stated threshold, or third-party fees we already remitted.
If you violate conduct rules and are removed for cause, fees are not refundable.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in suspension of future enrollments pending review.
