Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026-02-01
1. Third parties
We rely on a small set of processors to host the site, deliver email, and run classroom tooling when you enroll. Each processor receives only the data required for its function and is contractually expected to follow appropriate technical and organizational measures.
We do not sell personal information. If we add analytics, we will describe categories, purposes, and retention here before activation.
Links to external publications are provided for context; their privacy practices are governed by those sites.
2. Retention
Contact form submissions are retained long enough to respond and maintain a minimal correspondence log unless you ask us to delete sooner, subject to legal holds.
Newsletter addresses stay on the list until you unsubscribe; unsubscribe links are included in each send.
Cohort records follow separate retention rules disclosed in enrollment paperwork.
3. Scope
This policy covers personal data collected through humably.digital and related email addresses ending with our domain when used for studio operations.
It does not cover employee data processed solely inside client organizations when we consult on-site under their controller role.
Children: this site is not directed at minors under fourteen, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
4. Data collected
We collect identifiers you type into forms (name, email, optional company), technical logs such as IP address and user agent for security, and cookie values described in the Cookie Policy.
If you call by phone, we may note the number and topic to return your message.
Payment data, when applicable, is handled by our payment partners; we do not store full card numbers on this site.
5. Rights
Depending on your situation, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain processing. We respond within a reasonable period and may ask for verification.
You may lodge a complaint with the Korea Internet & Security Agency or other competent supervisory bodies.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior processing that was lawful.
